Preparation & Administration

  • Pick a weekly time that works for all executive board members to meet. (Fair warning, if your executive board has more than 10 people, this can be difficult).
  • If your chapter does not have a designated space, find a location to meet and reserve a room if necessary.
  • Set up a weekly agenda that officers add updates to before the meeting so that the meeting is efficient and can be completed within the hour.

Additional Notes & Resources

  • Meetings before important events (info sessions, initiation, etc.) may run longer than an hour
