Preparation & Administration
- Reach out to graduate student members to form the panel
- Coordinate a time which the graduate students can attend
- Reserve a space for the event
- Prior to the event, create a list of questions to ask the graduate students in case the conversation lags

- If possible, try to have a combination of panelists from different majors and degrees (MS, MCS, MEng, PhD)
