Preparation & Administration
- Pick a date, time, and location for the event and advertise to members. It is recommended that either the event coordinator have personal experience with internships or you find people with experience to agree to come before setting the date. Otherwise, you may have a lot of members interested in learning about internships with nobody to tell them about it.
- It’s recommended that the event coordinator have some questions ready in case the conversation lags.

- If desired, you could make the event more formal by having a designated panel of speakers or coordinating with your college’s career center.
