Description
Our Professional Project VP conducted Mock Interviews where initiates and members could sign up for a 30-minute time slot and practice their interviewing skills. This was mainly to practice behavioral interviews rather than technical skills, and attendees were encouraged to treat it as a real interview and bring their resumes.

Preparation & Administration
- Choose a date, time, and location for the interviews. Ideally, find a quiet location and reserve if necessary.
- Create a sign-up sheet and send out to your members. We had 30-minute time slots available across several hours. Encourage members to come prepared as they would to a real interview and to bring their resume.
- While our Professional Projects VP acted as the interviewer, any upperclassman with experience, or even an advisor could conduct the interviews.
