Recently IL-A has decided to focus on adding more skills workshops, one of which was about the basis of the SCRUM project management framework. The ultimate goal was to provide an introductory knowledge of the framework so that attendees would not be caught blind in jobs and interviews regarding the company practice.

Preparation & Administration
- Choose a date, time, and location for the event and advertise to your members. Reserve a room if necessary.
- Create a presentation that overviews SCRUM and has scenarios for them to work out in groups. If you are unfamiliar with the SCRUM framework, you can use this guide (Home | Scrum Guides).
